The Dawg House

Decided to grab a beer and a snack and gamble a bit.

Sat at a hi-top table on comfy chairs watching the big screen TVs

Got a couple of 32oz beers and a sharing platter.

We booked a couple of things online for later in the week. Including U2 tickets. Really irks me to have to pay such high fees on second market tickets – it’s basically scalping and should be banned not facilitated by Ticketmaster and similar.

We had some more beers and cocktails.

I had the Jesus Take the Wheel and Jus went with Nashvegas.

Time gently slid past..

To the point where it seemed like dinner time.

Ordered a couple of burgers and more bees and watched the world go by. Our waitress was good and is visiting Cambridge for Christmas. (And London and Madrid, obviously!?)

With full bellies and fuzzy heads we played the slots for a while. Decent waitress service as well (free drinks!)

Called it a night… love the view from our suite.

Collapsed into bed – noticing it wasn’t even 10pm yet!!!
