NoMaD

A very different hotel.

The Crockfords was very much about functionality and space. NoMaD is very themed. Dark furnishings, wooden floors. Comfortable, but nowhere near the space or features.

We were surprised to be able to checkin at 11:20am, but no problem as our room was ready.

The NoMaD has its own checkin area and elevator bank and is so much quieter than the main MGM Park hotel.

We went for a wander, out onto the strip.

We walked up and into the Aria looking for a light lunch.

The cafe we had in mind has closed and been replaced. So we ended up at Salt and Ivy.

We shared a hummus platter

Jus, had a Lobster Roll and I had the Ahi Tuna.

And that was another $100 lunch…

We drifted back to our hotel playing the odd slot machine with zero luck. The plan is to relax for an hour or so, then change and head back to Resorts World for the Carrie Underwood show at the theatre there.
