Viva! (by Ray Garcia)
A couple of beers in the Famous Food area kicked off the evening.
We could have served ourselves using the card system… you leave your credit card to secure the tab and they give you a beer card. You tap this on any of the 30+ pumps and pour your own.
You are charged by the ounce rather than pint (inferior dinky US pint!) so you can try all of them without risking alcohol poisoning. It’s also cheaper than ordering at the bar. However, as we had originally planned to have just one, we opted for bar service. Oops. Oh well!
We ambled over to the District area for dinner, stopping to check out the F1 shop. Mainly fan shirts and team jackets. All properly expensive and as of tomorrows GP… out of date! I think there are three teams changing name/branding for 2024!
Tonight dinner was a Mexican food place – Viva! By some famous American chef Ray Garcia.

Really good food…
Jus started with the queso fundido and I had Chicharrones. Crispy chicken skins, pork rinds, vegetable crisps with a dipping source which was very tasty but damned warm!
The mains were even better.
Jus had the enchiladas whilst I opted for Barbacoa. Both were excellent
A very nice meal and not budget friendly mexican food at $130!
