Oysters.

Sunset is around 6:40pm – so decided to get an early dinner somewhere on the Gulf side of the Key and watch the sun go down.

We ended up at the Island Fish Company, about 6 miles away from the resort.

Managed to forget to photograph my oyster starter – both raw and baked.

Jus’ Po Boy sandwich
My Mahi Mahi and shrimp platter.
Compulsory (?) Key Lime Pie for dessert

The food was pretty good. Whilst eating a local fisherman was selling his catch to the restaurant- his boat moored 15m from our table.

The sunset wasn’t as impressive as we’d hoped!

But we did get to see the Shelby’s puddle lights…!

Back to the resort to the Tiki bar for drinks. Some interesting guests at the bar
